If physical freedom is what we need to be free, most of us will experience a life of frustration. But what if God wants to give us another kind of freedom, a freedom that brings joy even when we are in prison? How can we live with that kind of freedom?
Living according to the Spirit means turning away from our sinful desires and focusing instead on Jesus, the new life He gives us, and the guidance that He gives us through His Spirit. And the Holy Spirit is the one who helps us to focus on Jesus and His many blessings and gifts to us.
Your war with God is over because God has reconciled you, and me, and everyone else who believes in Jesus, to Himself—and He did that by paying the full cost of our forgiveness and giving us His righteousness.
Because the infinite worth of Jesus’ suffering and death on our behalf vastly exceeds the debt we owe for our sin, God the Father looks at us and makes the only just decision he could. He declares that we are righteous, in other words, that we are completely and totally innocent of all our sin, and he sets us free. God no longer holds anything against us.
We live in a time of great technology, but when it comes to the problems faced by humanity, we’ve got nothing. Humanity needs a new operating system, but where will we get it?

Standing before the resurrected Jesus, in the company of our Jesus-following friends, we discover who we really are before God and before the world.
Paying attention to the way that the resurrected Jesus is present with us in our daily meals helps us to grow in living the resurrection.
Only the grace we receive from Jesus will keep our heart and soul in a right relationship with God.
As we share our lives with others, as Jesus did, He is able to draw people closer to Him and give them new life.
