Thankfully, Jesus has given us the gift of eternal life with him. As we train ourselves in living eternal life with Jesus, we are able to better live out our eternal life in the stresses of everyday life in this world. (Based on 1 Cor. 9:19-27.)

With our focus on Jesus, we can have resilience when our possessions perish.
Resilience 3: When Striving Fails
As we rest in Jesus, he recalibrates our desires so that they align with what he knows is best for us and for the world.
Resilience 2: When Family Flees
Because Jesus has made us part of God’s new family, we are able to endure family challenges and love others as Jesus first loved us.
Resilience 1: When Health Declines
It is because of Jesus that we know that God is good and great, and we can trust him to fully heal us in the future.
