When things go wrong in our lives, as they often do, a person who believes in Jesus has hope that things will be better in the future. Even when the worst happens, such as when a person dies, there is still hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead. He is alive! And he has promised to give us a life with him that lasts forever! And the part of our life that extends beyond life in this world will be a life with no more crying, no more pain, no more suffering and no more death. We will see Jesus face to face and live with him forever! That is why, as bad as things can be in this world, for a believer, that it the worst it will ever be. Because of Jesus, something much, much better is coming in the future!
