With the resurrection hope that we have in Jesus, we have a foundation for our life that will never be shaken.
When times are tough, it is difficult for us to have hope. We want things to get better, but there is nothing in our circumstances to indicate that they will. Yet we hear this story from long ago of a humble king who came to a dark and desperate world. Why would that make any difference in our lives two millennia later on the other side of the world? He came to give us hope.
Jesus promised to be with us now & bring us to our heavenly home in the future. Therefore, we have unshakeable hope in him.
It hurts to live as a broken person in this broken world, but with Jesus we have unshakeable hope.
Hope comes from knowing God, who is beyond this world, but has stepped into this world to begin the process of making all things right.
Jesus has the authority to give us grace and hope.
